Payment plans are completed on the eCommerce Payment System through the Student Homepage:
- Log into your Student Homepage.
- Click on the Treasurer’s Office tile.
- Select the Payment Plan link in the left hand menu.
eCommerce will display the payment plan option once tuition and fees are assessed for the
term. There will only be one payment plan option available at any given time during the
semester. The date you enroll in the payment plan will determine how many installments
are available for the term. If you enroll prior to or on
January 14, 2021
the four month payment plan will be available. From
January 15, 2021
February 11, 2021,
the three payment plan option will be available.
Once you have completed the enrollment form and paid the $35 enrollment fee you will be
placed in a payment plan. This is a batch process and may take 24 – 48 hours to appear as
an Installment Payment Plan service indicator in the Holds section on your Student Homepage.
The non-refundable installment plan fee will be assessed and must be paid at the time you
sign up for the payment plan. You have not completed your enrollment in the plan until the
enrollment fee is paid.
Since accepting the payment plan signifies that you are agreeing to the terms of the plan, it is not
necessary to submit a signed copy to the Treasurer's Office. Payment amounts and due
dates for students enrolled in an installment plan are viewable by clicking the Make a Payment
link on the Treasurer's Office tile from your Student Homepage and viewing the Installment Payment Plan
on the eCommerce Payment System. Please call the Treasurer's Office at 479-575-5651 with
University students may pay tuition and fees, and housing charges for the current term
for a $35.00 nonrefundable service fee. All past due charges
must be paid in order to participate in a payment plan.
Due Dates and Payment Amounts
Payment amounts and due dates for students enrolled in an installment plan are viewable
by clicking the Make a Payment
link on the Treasurer's Office tile from your Student Homepage and viewing the
Installment Payment Plan on the eCommerce Payment System.
A student must be current on their payment plan in order to participate in priority
registration and avoid late fees. Missing two payments will cancel the payment plan and all
charges become due with the original due date.
