Employee Tuition Waiver Form

UA Fayetteville campus employees taking classes at a different University of Arkansas System campus MUST use this Employee Waiver paper form and submit it to emplwaiv@uark.edu.

UA Fayetteville campus Retiree/Emeritus employees MUST use this Employee Waiver paper form and submit it to hrbenf@uark.edu.

Employees of OTHER CAMPUSES of the University of Arkansas System, including the Agricultural or Cooperative Extensions, YOU MUST complete your specific institution’s waiver form.

IMPORTANT:

As of Fall 2020, we have implemented an acceptance deadline for all employee and spouse/dependent waivers. They are as follows:

Fall Term: October 15
Spring Term: March 15
Summer Term: July 31

Waiver forms for a term will not be accepted past that term's due date.

If you have any questions regarding your tuition waiver, please call the Treasurer's Office at 479-575-5651, M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Employee Information

Access Workday through the Workday App Located at myapps.microsoft.com and login with your university credentials. Search for Workday or scroll down the page until you see the Workday App. In the Workday App, click on the cloud icon in the upper right-hand corner and click 'View Profile' under your name. Under 'Job Details' you will see your Workday Employee ID.

UARK Username

Must be UARK username that appears before @uark.edu in your University of Arkansas email address, not @walton.uark.edu, etc. For example, the username for jdoe@uark.edu is jdoe.

I certify that I am currently serving the University of Arkansas on 100% appointment as of the final day of regular registration for the term this discount is requested, and that I have been continuously serving the University in a full-time position for one complete fall or spring semester prior to this term. I certify that I have read and agree to the specifications listed in Board Policy 440.1 and Fayetteville Policies and Procedures 512.0. I understand that if I fail to complete this form and pay the remaining balance due on my student account by the tuition and fee due date that I will be subject to late fees. Per IRS code section 127, I understand I will be taxed for tuition waiver benefits over $5,250 per year.
